The Outlets at Anthem are adding two new retailers this fall with the addition of the Puma Store and Joey’s of Chicago.
Apparel and footwear company Puma has leased 4,343 square feet at the North Valley outlet center for its third Phoenix-area store. Puma Outlet Stores are at Phoenix Premium Outlets near Chandler and at Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District. The Anthem Outlets Puma store opened a few weeks ago.
Puma hired 14 employees for opening but will add five more for the upcoming holiday season.
Later this fall, Joey’s of Chicago will open its third Phoenix-area location at the Outlets at Anthem. The purveyor of authentic Chicago-style hot dogs and sandwiches will operate in 773 square feet at the outlet center.
Joey’s will hire 10 to staff its Anthem location. The restaurant has two other locations in Phoenix and Cave Creek. Joey’s used to have a shop in Glendale’s Arrowhead area but closed earlier this year. Valley favorite Oregano’s is slated to open in Joey’s former Arrowhead location at 67th Avenue and Bell Road later this year.
